The products are good and they help me keep the weight off but the courier used is useless. I asked them to leave my parcel with a neighbour but they just left it on my doorstep in front of full view of the whole street, they do this all the time even though I have phoned up and complained a number of times as my parcels have been nicked. Luckily my neighbour was home that day and came and took the parcel from my door step as I had already asked him to keep an eye out for a me. I would of complained again but I got my products and last time I complained I dealt with a very rude and unhelpful customer service lady (Kayleigh) who all but accused me of lying.

Diet shakes has too much sugar, I am on low carb low sugar diet and after a meal replacement shake I had a sugar crush and felt bad.
