I am starting on Monday as a lot on this weekend.

Wasn’t helpful, I even wanted to eat more. Taste wasn’t good for me, too much sugar, however, it might be because I prefer solid food.

Really nice flavour’s, would be better if shakes were a bit thicker and not so sweet as they are a bit too sweet for me but other people may prefer them like that.

Pack received within two days. Easy to follow instructions and delightful menus. Only just started but waistband is definetly getting looser.

Excellent product. Haven't come across a flavour that I dislike yet. Don't take like powder as some other manufacturers shakes do.

I have only just started on Diet Now, I bought for both me and my daughter. Our boxes of shakes arrived very quickly but without the shaker in mine, I contacted customer services and a shaker was sent out straight away. The shakes all taste great and are filling. Not weighed again yet but we haven't been tempted to have extras. We know what I am having during the day, ie the shakes and only a meal in the evening to plan. We both agree it couldn't be easier.
