The training was intense, but with different training method: talk, exercise, Q&A. Enviroment relaxed and friendly that does help. Interaction with teacher and other student was the key to deliver the training.

Simon delivered the 2 day course in a very collaborative and enjoyable way. He broke down all the components in Scrum and explained the 'why' behind them with some real world examples. Taking the course returned instant results by enhancing my Scrum Master expertise that I was able to share with my teams back at work. I was also able to pass the PSM I assessment first try thanks to the quality of Simon's training.

Having undertaken two courses (PSMi and PSMii) with Simon, I would definitely recommend to others. The PSMi course was classroom based and the PSMii was online. Both courses were very comprehensive and easy to follow, the instructions to join were understandable, the course materials are very good and the post course support and follow up is also very good. Simon is a great trainer who is patient and has excellent knowledge of the subject.

A very well-crafted class, delivered with energy and enthusiasm. It brings Scrum to life and clearly explains what Scrum IS and what it ISN’T. As someone with a few months Scrum experience I learned a lot of new information about the Scrum framework and how my role as a scrum master fits into that framework. As a result of this course I feel a lot more confident in my role and look forward to applying this knowledge to my day to day activities.

I have not attended a virtual course before but found it much better than I expected. There were plenty of interactions throughout the 2 days and the trainer (Simon) came across very clear and ensured everyone was comfortable before moving on. Great content that was explained in a clear/easy view. Big thumbs up from me!

Enjoyed Simon`s class very much as you can see / feel / experience his passion in Scrum. Moreover that`s important for me that he shared his valuable experiences and encourage the interaction in the class. And yes! the exercises were helpful for the real life scenarios!
