I attended the Professional Scrum Master I with Simon Kneafsey. I totally recommend attending this course. Two things that stand out for me are: 1. The level of engagement for an online 16-hour course was terrific. 2. I was surprised by the trainers' experience required to answer questions about advanced real-life situations and at the same time not go into too many details and keep the course at the level is intended.

Great course on Professional Scrum Master lead by Simon, managing to somehow deliver all the information to an entire group of people in just a couple of days, while also clarifying any questions and concerns we had along the way.

I had no previous knowledge of Scrum before taking the course, the course was excellent as Simon keep it moving at a pace I could follow. I could relate this back to my current role and how I would take this forward in my organisation. Simon also provided research tips and resources to help with the assessment, I would recommend this to all beginners looking to take on Scrum.

Simon is a superb trainer, capable of delivering complex concepts in a simple way and keeping a fast pace without overwhelming the students. The bonus is that, thanks to his extensive professional experience with Scrum, he is capable of giving practical examples of how the Scrum concepts are translated in different types of organizations. You will gain a deeper understanding of the product owner role compared to a purely theoretical training.

The PSPO-I is the second course I've taken with TheScrumMaster.co.uk and it did not disappoint! Simon is a great trainer and the virtual course delivery was superb - an exemplar of how to do this in an enjoyable, engaging and pacy way. Whether you're new to Product Ownership or you've been doing it for some time you'll find much to learn, reflect upon and put into daily practice. Though the course focuses on Scrum you'll learn a lot about complementary product management practices which was an added bonus. Thanks again, Simon.

This course (PSM) was very interactive and engaging. Perhaps not as fast paced and intense as the other course I took (PSD) but still learned a great deal. All the questions I had prior to the training were answered either with the course contents or when asked

Simon has a lot of experience with Scrum and I learnt so much on the course. Along with theory from the Scrum Guide, there were loads of real life examples, which was a good way to test our knowledge. I feel more confident to apply what I have learnt about Scrum in the workplace and also know the proper way to apply this, thanks to Simon. I will definitely be back from more courses by Simon.
