This was a fast paced course over two days which covered a variety of topics regarding the Product Owner role. The level of content would seem to be far greater than just 2 days and we sometimes moved from topic to topic to make sure we finished on time. Whilst this was appreciated, I do feel like additional learning post course is necessary. As such this course alone is not the end goal. The content and collaborative sections using mural were very good and suited the course. Doing this through Zoom worked well. The trainers were very good at answering questions and providing examples to add context during Q&A. They had great depth of knowledge which helped to demonstrate how scrum should work. The additional extras provided post course are a great way of adding extra value. Combined with the course these allowed me to pass the assessment fairly comfortably. One suggested improvement would be to include one or two other activity types (e.g. short videos or individual puzzles) to keep the training interesting over the course of the two days.

I attended the Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) course in March 2022, with Simon as the trainer. Simon explained all the concepts of Scrum and the Product Owner role clearly. The course was on-line through Zoom, which worked well with the regular break-out sessions. I thoroughly enjoined the course, and have already recommended this to colleagues. I wish I’d done the course a year earlier, when I first started working with Scrum.

I have attended Professional Scrum Product Owner Training delivered by Simon Kneafsey that is packed in a highly organised 2-day course that provided a lot of theoretical and practical knowledge to understand theoretical and practical meaning of Agile and Scrum as well as their overall place in the area of product management and delivery.

This was an excellent and very interactive class where I learnt a lot about scrum like never before. Simon was very knowledgeable and professional. His sessions were fun as well as engaging.

Simon provided two days of engaging online training, the best I have experienced in an online environment. There was a superb mix of information delivery, learner-centred sessions and open discussion. I would definitely recommend.

I was overall very happy with the course. It is not quite often to get the most out of the course, and Simon made sure he provided an excellent training experience. The course was quite dense, a lot of information to absorb, but Simon had arranged small breaks and the way he introduced us into all those unknown terms, facilitated massively. I would strongly recommend it for anyone else who is looking to be a SM. Simon is very knowledgeable and knows how to pass the information in a seamless and interesting way.

I decided to take the Professional Scrum Master course from Scrum.org (PSM-1) and selected Simon Kneafsey to be my trainer for this course due to his experience and skill in the domain of Agile and Scrum. The class was orchestrated very nicely! Simon did a very good job in organising everything remotely and placed a lot of emphasis on breakout rooms to tackle exercises rather than reading from a PowerPoint slide. The course was very well structured with a lot of chunks dedicated to group interactions. The only feedback I have is to include more relevant examples to solidify and understand the scrum framework better - a lot of us are new to scrum and technology and it would be very useful to understand how scrum is utilised better with relevant industry examples. Apart from this, I would highly recommend this course for anyone looking to enter the world of Agile and Scrum. Will definitely be coming back again for future courses!

The Professional Scrum Product Owner course that was facilitated by Simon was very effective and enlightening. He has a deep knowledge of Scrum and was able to clarify all the doubts and questions that were raised during the session. A very interactive 2 day course, I would definitely recommend this to my network.
