I attended Professional Scrum Master II Training with Simon in Dec 2021 and the training and Simon's facilitation and knowledge was excellent.  This was my first experience of back-of-the-room training and I loved it.  It was very different to what i've experienced before and IMO it is more powerful and likely to be relevant and retained.  Simon has a well structured series of planned Mural sessions and breakout rooms, with plenty of breaks and chances to reflect as a group and share examples from his career and well as encouraging the group to share their examples.   Simon was recommended to me by my colleague and I can see why.  I will definetely be recommending Simon to all of my colleague's and passing that on.   I also appreciate the wider support Simon offers, its more than just 2 days with Simon.  I will be making use of this I am sure.

I attended the PSM2 live virtual course delivered by Simon and found it to be extremely useful. Prior to the course I was a bit wary of a full 2 days online course however I needn't have worried. Simon has structured the course very well, breaking the content into manageable chunks with plenty of breaks factored in. The discussions were well facilitated and really provided a great opportunity for me to think about my approach and what changes I can make to improve as a Scrum Master. Great insights, great content and well organised! Would happily recommend Simon's classes to anyone looking to enhance their Scrum knowledge.

Simon did a great job during the PAL-EBM course which I took with him as a trainer. He has deep knowledge when it comes to agile practices, is very open minded, friendly and willing to help even beyond the course. He took time to advise me in some tough scenarios in my companies. As a new Scrum Master I found the training with Simon very informative. The group activities were very instrumental in teaching team collaboration and putting the Agile ways of working into action.

I trained with Simon Kneafsey in person in London, we did a 2 day course and having no previous scrum experience I felt comfortable with the group I was in and didn't feel I was left behind. His explanations and regular breaks made the day fly by and I didn't feel overloaded.
