I joined the Scrum Master Pro1 course this month with Simon Kneafsey. The course worked really well on-line with lots of interactive team work throughout the two days. Simon is really enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable and a fantastic trainer. He kept everyone engaged throughout the course. I'd highly recommend this course for anyone interested in becoming a Scrum Master

Simon lead a 2 day product owner course and was an excellent instructor. The course was a great level of information for anyone is looking to expand their role as a PO.

I recently attended the PSM I course with Simon and it was such a great, insightful 2 days! There was lots of space for interaction, questions and examples which really engaged and consolidated the theory he was teaching. I came away from the course, not only feeling prepared for the PSM I exam but with a better grasp and understanding of being a successful scrum master.

I thoroughly recommend Simon for your Scrum needs! Having had a couple years experience in Product, I wanted to further my understanding by learning about Scrum specifically in a formal environment. I chose Simon's course knowing that he had good reviews and a professional profile, but his course exceeded my expectations. I had a great time and can say I've come away with a deeper understanding of Scrum as well as its history. Simon's way of teaching is calm and practical, I appreciated the effort we went to to make the course applicable to several industries and type of company. If I ever pursue another course from Scrum.org, I will absolutely aim to sign up to his classes again.

This was a really good course that covered all the key content in a very clear way. The first day was ideal for setting the scene and understanding some philosophies that underpin product ownership, while the second day built on that foundation with Scrum fundamentals. Not only was the content and presentation style very engaging, it motivated me to bring about positive changes to the organisation in my daily role.

I would highly recommend booking on to the classes/ courses conducted by the trainer Simon Kneafsey. I attended the PSM1 class and it was an engaging experience. Simon has made the virtual experience interactive with lots of activities to provide you with in-depth knowledge of Scrum. Simon is flexible in his approach and is always willing to stop and answer questions. He does not rush the team as he is teaching and encourages an open discussion letting different knowledgeable conversations occur. He creates a safe learning space for everyone to engage in.

I recently joined a 2-day Professional Scrum with UX training course with Simon. I had a great learning experience! The training was well structured, very engaging and well facilitated. I would recommend this course, and Simon as instructor, to anyone who is looking for quality Scrum trainings.

Great class! I already did PSM1 with Simon, and was excited to do the PSM2 course with him. I learned a huge amount both about Scrum, and methods for effective collaboration (of which I have already put into practice). Excellent coaching & facilitation.

I chose Simon off the reviews that I had read about his training and I have spent 2 excellent days on the Professional Scrum Master Level 2 course. I'm not one for online learning I much prefer an in-class setting, (of course this isn't possible at the moment) however this course changed my mind on online learning, the facilitation was superb we had space to think and reflect on the huge amount of information given to us over the 2 days with really practical exercises which embedded the learning much more than being shown slide after slide. Couldn't recommend Simon as a trainer more highly.

This was my second Scrum course with Simon, but the first online. Simon is an excellent trainer and managed to facilitate a very useful and engaging course even in a remote setting! I would thoroughly recommend him and hope to do more training with him in the future.
