Really useful! I didn't do the PSMI but already have Scrum master experience so the PSMII course was perfect. Simon taught the theory of scrum methodology in a dynamic and interesting way where he not only taught the theory but also taught and put in practice facilitation techniques and every exercise we had space and time to learn from his expert insights and also other Scrum Masters experiences.

Everything from the booking up to the final day of the course went super smooth. All documents for the preparation prior to class and for the exam was very detailed and well explained. The course itself was super interesting, dynamic and never dull. I was very pleased with Simon as a trainer as he is super knowledgable, gives great insights and is fast paced which keeps up the good energy. I will certainly do my next class with him too. I can honestly say the course was fantastic. Very informative, detailed and engaging. It has helped me to understand scrum a bit more, but most importantly, how to incorporate UX in the day to day activities. I have learnt a lot about Experiments and Assumptions and different ways of doing research and engaging with stakeholders. I was fascinated by Outcome vs Output discussions and how this can help with Hypothesis. The trainer, Simon, was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure everyone understands the topic fully before moving on. The course was very fast paced which kept me engaged the whole time. I would definitely recommend it.
