Ozen's excellent web site gives a good explanation and a fair assessment of the various hearing aid options, and they seem to me to be a price setter. They are aware of the advantages and disadvantages of various models and manufacturers and give clear guidance about what they think is best for you and why. The audiologist to whom I was referred was charming and professional, and very willing to answer questions raised because this will be my first hearing aid. It is wise to shop around, but I can recommend Ozen and Lachlan at Smith Eye and Ear..

Ozen staff provided me with detailed information about products and put me in touch with a independent audiologist, Lachlan Smith who was great. Ozen and Lachlan allowed me to have a long hearing aid trial that included 2 different brands. Pricing for the choice I made was definitely more competitive/less expensive than the company I first had contact with. Lachlan saw me many times, addressed all my concerns and was very patient about explaining all aspects of using and being successful with hearing aids, which is new to me. I greatly appreciate Ozen for connecting me with a independent audiologist that I felt comfortable with and attentively met my needs.

The experience has been quiet professional. Referral to an independent audiologist was valuable arrangement. Liaison with Hearing Services Australia arranged for me to receive the government contribution without fuss was appreciated.

Noam was customers and solution focused. I found him to be very responsive to return phone call and emails queries on the same day. He was helpful to sort issues raised in relation to invoice accidentally issued by the audiologist ( appointment should be free) and matched pricing offered by other hearing aid providers

One of my 85 year old Mother's Health Professionals recently made an appointment for her with an Audiologist, who told her that she needed a hearing aid, which would cost her "around $8,000" . The Family were a little surprised, because we had not noticed any form of hearing degradation in our Mum, and so we decided that we needed a second opinion and asked around to see if anyone had a recommendation. When 2 people gave very positive recommendations that we should take her to Ozen we called and made an appointment immediately. They started off by telling us that if Mum does need a hearing aid it wouldn't cost anywhere near $8,000. Then, imagine our surprise when they offered to arrange a free Audiologist examination AT HER HOME....and from there it got even better! The Audiologist was a lovely, patient man who spent a lot of time with Mum and was highly courteous and considerate and, most surprising of all, his finding was that she most definitely did NOT need any form of hearing aid! Thank you so much Ozen for your honesty and integrity! (Shame we can't give you more than 5 stars!)

Chatting frankly with Akiva about my newly discovered hearing reduction, was terrific, Although we'll not be proceeding with anybody for hearing aids at this point in time, I felt comfortable finding an organsiation that had more open and genuine ways to pre-test and explore the best solutions,. This is by far a better outcome than the single product resale approach of hearing assessment vendors in the market, and so I commend your firm for your approach. No doubt your services will be needed, but we don't feel so at this point. Cheers! Gary Pope

I utilised the services of Ozen and was able to save about $6000 on a earlier quote I had received for dual aids. I would recommend the services of Ozen and their network of independent audiologists.
