Great communication and great product Installation wasn’t great My wife told them where it was to go They put the base down onto the soft ground but realised as they started to erect the shed that it was intact the wrong way round Telling the guys they said sorry it’s to late now So I now have a good quality shed that I’m struggling to use as the door is in the incorrect position

Excellent company to deal with. A small problem with the delivery was promptly rectified on the very same day, so no hold up with the self assembly of the garden building.

Bought a few sheds before from Viking, quality and service always been excellent. My latest purchase an 8ft x 8ft chalet style is brilliant, seems even better build quality than my last one. You can get cheaper than Viking, but I doubt you will find better. They will replace panels should they ever need to be ( I had a floor replaced once after many years) they will also move your shed if you move house. The service is second to none and a final note, if you want to treat/protect the shed yourself, then it’s cheaper if you buy it from Viking….just saying.

Everything positive, helpful lady on phone took my order. Shed delivered on correct day. Delivery staff were pleasant and very helpful giving some very helpful tips on construction. Quality of shed is outstanding and has been made with care and precision. All parts were there and carefully packed down to the last nail. Extremely pleased with all aspects.
