I spilt coffee on a lovely cream coloured Gabeh rug and thought it was ruined but Rug Doctor did a fantastic job. Easy drop off and return to Cardiff. I’m very satisfied and am thinking of using again for other rugs.

Wow!!! These guys really know their stuff. I have had my carpets throughout the house done and they look brand new. Troy and Aled were so lovely and very professional. It took them no time at all, and I was amazed how quickly the carpets dried. No additional heat was needed and we were able to walk on them in about an hour. I can recommend these guys enough.

This is an ultra sticky under carpet unit which is very good ,the area we have used it on did have a different suppliers version which needed daily adjustment- the rug laundry unit has only needed one adjustment in 2 weeks of heavy use on a problem area for us

Great product and service by Troy and his team. Rug does not move and the non slip is not visible. Friendly service and would definitely recommend.
