Worst nightmare when ordering online. you will be given a tracking number with items they dont have in stock and wont tell you until you reach out to them. Dont recommend for online shopping.

I ordered over 50$ of incense and should get free shipping. But they split my order in two and wanted me to pay for two different shipments. This is rude and not the way to do business. I never will deal with them again. Reply to answer. I ordered the same incense. Only one kind. Should came from one supplier. Just more bs.

I bought an indoor Shankheda swing from them. I wrote a negative review on their web site but they never published it. Beware! Here is my review: The swing is a good quality product, unfortunately marred by really unprofessional handling. The packing is terrible - the components are covered simply in jute wrap (no bubble-wrap!). It looks like they were delivered like this from India, because there are SO MANY dings and scratches on the paint. When they shipped it to me from California, they added 15-20 empty grocery-boxes all around it to pad it - making the package huge. These empty packages smelled with spices and stunk up the room. I have NEVER seen such an unprofessional packing for any product I have bought, even from India. Assembly took a lot of time as there were absolutely no instructions, the holes for screws were not properly made (I could not drive them fully in even with a power driver), and extra iron strips were provided for the seat to add to confusion. The assemble swing lacks stability (makes click-clack sounds when used). I would not recommend spending so much money to get a dinged and scratched product.

Great customer experience. I placed an order for an item and later I realized that I forgot to apply a coupon which gives me a discount. When I posted a query on the same I got a quick response and the discount was applied immediately. The item was also shipped well without any issues. I am happy with my purchase.

Great service. This vendor has outstanding customer service, fast shipping, and good communications. One of the items in my order was out of stock at their warehouse and DesiClik found a different vendor for the item at a cheaper price and credited me the difference. Will definitely do business again here.
