I suffer from insomnia periodically so I purchased Restful Nights in the hope it would solve that problem. It hasn't. I purchased a month's supply as that's the minimum you can, and I've used them on about four different occasions when needed. Each time, I feel drowsy but I don't actually fall asleep; instead I feel restless. When I do eventually fall asleep, if I wake up again, I have difficulty going back to sleep. I also feel groggy in the morning. It's a shame it's not possible to purchase a trial pack, say a week's supply, instead of forking out over £40 for something that, for me anyway, doesn't work. I will keep trying them, maybe there is a cumulative effect...?
