It arrived very quickly and well packed. The box is strong but stylish. It keeps the roller contained well. The roller is well made and jade colour is lovely. The small end is easy to use around the eyes and nose. The larger one is good for the larger face areas. The action of both rollers is smooth and cool to the touch. A very nice aid.

Lumity has made an enormous difference…

Lumity has made an enormous difference to how I feel, which was my main aim. I’d started suffering awful hormone connected anxiety which was out of character and, looking back, really quite debilitating. Lumity has made me feel like me again! Other upsides are I’ve noticed an improvement in my skin tone and my hairdresser recently commented on the great condition of my hair. If you’re not sure, it’s definitely worth a go but you do need to give it time to get into your system. For me there is no looking back. For the first time in my life a daily ritual I don’t forget!

Always get an acknowledgment followed quite swiftly by an actual response which is not automated and tailored towards the individual-other UK companies such as Champo could learn a lot from Lumity customer care and accessibility.

Great customer service

Great customer service. My subscription was due for renewal, supply was running out before next batches arrived, the customer service team arranged for new batch to be sent earlier to ensure I continued my regime without any hiccups.
