Because I work, I cannot be at home to pick up thr supplements. There was no options to pick up the supplements from say, a post office. The Royal mail tried to deliver the package to my home, but I was at work. So, I have to wait an extra long time to get my package.

I found taking so many capsules off putting. Found that I didn't have the patience to take on daily basis. Sorry. Understand it takes a certain time period to get into the system but I felt no results ( my hair didn't grow,Menopause no change,) I still have 2 full boxes which I haven't taken and haven't been opened. A lot of money no used.
