I’ve been using limits now for a few months and am now beginning to feel that I have more energy and lots of zest for life that had disappeared for a couple of years. I had stomach and digestive problems and my friend told me to try it as she was taking it and it was working for her . So I decided to give it a try. It’s definitely made a difference in my digestion too.

It has taken a little while, as I initially thought the pills were not working - however, by the time I was taking them for the second month, I was sleeping much better, and also just generally feeling more relaxed and positive, so will definitely continue with these!

I have been taking Lumity supplements for more than 3 years. I stopped for a while as I thought I was needed a break but I could appreciate how good are the supplements when I stopped taking as I was feeling tired the whole day as soon as I started taking again I noticed that my energies come back and how good I feel the whole day. I do think my nails are much stronger with taking Lumity. I have eczema and was hoping I would see a difference in my skin dryness and irritable skin …. this has not happened. I have not noticed my hair Briton a better condition. Maybe I have not been taking them for long enough, 3 months now. The reason I have stopped subscribing is mainly cost too expensive for my budget.

Used Lumity supplements for several years now, love them and wouldn’t be without them. Recently added the sleep boosters to my routine and it’s made a real difference. Menopausal symptoms I had have definitely improved on Lumity which is fantastic as I had to stop HRT. Love the benefits emotional as well as physical. 😊
