I started taking Lumity following a few recommendations from friends and reading about the product. I needed to focus on my health and how I imagined my future self in 10 years time. I was sceptical; I have a science background and know the biochemistry of the components. However, to my delight, the results are obvious. Thicker hair. Much thicker. Better nails that look as though I have had a french manicure. My skin glows from within. It’s now become a staple in my desire to have age well and healthy living.

Ive been taking night and day soft gels for 8 months, I have noticed huge differences, my skin looks younger. My hair is so shiny, my nails no longer have white specks in them. I’m 57 and feel fantastic. Highly recommend.

The people of Lumity UK have been really helpful and informative when I had questions about the products and about orders. I am using both facial products and vitamin and mineral gels and I look and feel younger because of them.

My timing was unfortunate as I starting taking these during a virus I had, however, my sleep improved and I probably got over the virus quicker. Definitely have noticed that I also have more energy.
