I have nothing but praise for the customer service department in Loyalty. I recently have had a few questions regarding my account and setting up one for my daughter. To say that Paris was helpful is an understatement she has been so patient and answering my questions with clarity and also helping me with checking I had entered everything correctly. I have no hesitation in recommending anyone who has a query about anything. My daughter has been on Lumity for 3 months now she is delighted with them, she sleeps well and has been well over the winter months

I have been using Lumity for 18 months now and I believe they are really helping to keep me balanced. I used to have really bad PMT and now I don't even know I'm due on, if it wasn't for an app telling me I'd have no clue! Also a shout out to Paris in customer service, I had to call in regards to an order and she was quick to respond, extremely polite and helpful and sorted it out in minutes and backed up our conversation in an email 5 minutes later. Thank you!

Just started my Lumity supplements so can’t yet review the product itself, however 5 stars for the incredible customer service - Paris you are absolutely fantastic!! Also - my parcel arrived the day after I ordered it, and the supplements were beautifully packaged, it all really adds to the overall positive experience… and I love seeing my glass jars on the shelf. Now looking forward to all the positive changes using the supplements will bring ♥️

These vitamins keep me balanced and healthy. They are expensive but I do think worth the money! They help with my hormone balance sleep and immunity

I could not use lumity because even though it is advertised as soft gels it was hard as a rock hence it would not go down and I complained but was not refunded my money.

Amazing customer service. The lumity day and night product works. When I stop I regret it, it is noticeable in my skin. I do however struggle with 8 pills a day!
