Excellent communication throughout. That was the big difference. The Pipeline kept me informed all the way through a fairly complex boiler replacement and did a great job for a good price. Would definitely recommend the Pipeline.

Organised a bathroom refurbishment with Joe, Rob and their team. Very responsive and excellent communication. Job to be done in two stages to work around other trades and they have been very accommodating. Final fitting still to be done but very happy so far.

Excellent communication from Joe and Rob. Punctual, reliable, very tidy. 1st fix completed in 2 days, (including plastering) which was very quick. Now waiting for our tiler to tile and then the guys will be back for 2nd fix. All in all, a great service. See you in a couple of weeks!
