I have been using shilajit since 2018. During that time I was working as a chef, and it helped me tremendously with energy levels and focus. After 2018 I started working out a lot more and noticed the recovery process was much faster. Today is december 2024 and I'm still using their products, the ashwagandha mixture and the kombucha drinks are my favorites. I would 100% their products to anyone who wants higher energy levels, and a higher libido.
