Don’t waste your money.

The oil doesn’t come out. I expected the oils to come out as I moved the device in strokes through my scalp. It took me 15min and having to press down hard to get the oil to come out. Don’t waste your money.

Not worth the hype

I like the massage feature and the red light but very little oil actually comes out which defeats the purpose. I am have to add the oil first and then use the tool for the massage and light feature. Disappointed.

Scam

I was really excited about this product but , really, I feel absolutely scammed!! You charge a fair amount of money for a product that basically does not work! No oil coming out of the dispenser unless you press it really hard (not just firmly) to the point it hurts and marks the skin red... This is a very bad product and I would like to return it and get a refund.

Not reccomended

Do not reccomend at all. This barely dispenses any oil and I had to retreat to using my fingers. Not a good product and flimsy! Doesn't do what it says on the tin and overpriced

parcel not received

I have not received my parcel. After taking an incredibly long time in transit I received a message from the carrier to say that it had been damaged in transit and since then nothing. You would expect to hear from the seller by this point. I strongly recommend you do not buy.

There is nothing useful at all

There is nothing useful at all, it's just a waste of money, it has no use. Oil hardly distributes on scalp. I’m better off using my fingers since it’ll distribute and massage oil better in my scalp than this flimsy overpriced machine.

Watch out FRAUD!

Watch out FRAUD! The package isn't being delivered to me for literally no reason. I received an email saying that it's being returned to them because they couldn't reach me (I literally order continuously and NEVER had this problem: my name is on the doorbell and the street is easily located on any map). They didn't even issue a refund even though the item is being returned to them. They just stole 50$ and are getting away with it. It's a scam watch out!

FRAUDULENT COMPANY! AVOID!!!!!

FRAUDULENT COMPANY! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!! Sold me a faulty OpuScalp Viva: Advanced Scalp Care Massager, which doesn't switch on and when it does it doesn't release any oil from the nodes. Chloe asked me to send video evidence of the fault. I recorded a video and when I asked where/how to upload the large file for her to see, she backtracked and responded saying it's past the 30 day return policy so there's nothing she can do. Basically, she took absolutely ZERO responsibility, went back on her word, refused to offer any advice or send an alternative - and told me I wasn't eligible for a refund. The product does not work and has a warranty of 12 months!!!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE, DISMISSIVE THIEVES. You should also know this product is being sold on ebay for £1.99... Opussima charges nearly £50.
