Yes it was great! Ellie is a lovely person, very outgoing & easy to talk to! She made me feel at home & welcomed, I would 100% recommend the Canadian beauty school to my friends and family!

When I finally decided to take the plunge into the beauty industry, I was so excited, but also nervous. My first interaction was with Ellie, and she was absolutely lovely. She was so kind, and supportive. She takes her job seriously, goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience possible. Following enrolment, I spoke with one of the tutors, Caitlin. She was very supportive, and helpful. Everybody has been absolutely incredible, supportive, and knowledgeable. Not only are they there for you during the program, but they are also there for you afterwards as well to support your business, and all of your accomplishments. My beauty support team has been fundamental in my new journey into the beauty industry. I cannot thank them enough. I will definitely continue my education through this school 💛

The staff are so friendly and understanding. Elliot helped me a lot with getting started and enrolled in the nail tech course. There positive energy throughout the conversation is very warming and makes you feel, welcomed and ready to start. If there was a higher rating i can give it will be 10/10.

When looking for more information on this course I was contacted the day of and provided so much information from Elliot. He was a pleasure to talk to and eliminated all of my fears surrounding the course and provided me with more information than I could have imagined. His personality is so bright! Caitlin contacted me for my welcome call at the exact time I was scheduled. She was kind and detailed as she went over the course and the website. She made sure I understood the exams and how to submit assignments. After speaking with them both I am even more excited for the course! I am just getting started but I can’t wait to learn.

Throughout the application, both Elliott and Kaitlin have been absolute wonders! They have truly shown me such compassion and patience. Everything about the application/program was laid out very straightforward, and easy to follow. I’m very excited to start my program and couldn’t be happier to have Kaitlin as my tutor. Right off the get-go Ellie and Caitlyn have been so helpful and informative and reassured me every step of the way! The student portal is very user friendly and I love that each module starts with a video for those of us that are visual learners! The entire course is based on how many hours you are willing to put in which is nice for taking it at a pace that is comfortable for the individual. I personally was never a fan of school in general but since talking with Ellie and Caitlyn I can genuinely say that I am so excited to start this new journey.

I have not yet started the course. I am very excited to start the nail technician course. I have talked to Jess and she has been so helpful. I was ready to pay for my course then my boyfriend and mother put doubts in my head. Thinking I was being scammed. Then when she said it has only been here for 6 mo ths I got freaked out. She reassured me that everything was fine and sent me different thing to look at and reviews not once did I find a review saying it was not real.so thank you for reassuring me Jess.

The customer service team is amazing,Ellie and Caitlin went out of their way to give me incredible assistance and took me through everything with kindness and patients.

It's been a great learning experience thus far. Elliott is very supportive and assuring in personal goals and tasks. Jess was also very friendly and helpful as well. I work night shifts so this course is a dream come true. It's nice to have a course where people care. Very refreshing 😀
