I ordered four heirloom Christmas tree decorations in the sale. They arrived in faded/ damaged presentation boxes and with rust on them. I contacted TC through their contact form on their website and have been completely ignored multiple times. I can not find any other way to contact them. I feel very disappointed on many levels. Will never purchase from them again!
