Delivery was prompt. I’m very satisfied with the service

Took 2 weeks plus for package to arrive and when it did 3 of the 4 mugs were cracked due to the lack of care in the packaging. Very diassapointing as the item were then out of stock when I raised the issue with the store so got a refund immediately but no mugs.

Bracelet was completely broken in the box

i order on 3rd december and was still waiting on the 19th fir my time, i sent 2 emails of with no reply and had to ring over 5 days before i got my delivery, no receipt and way of return the item as it didn’t fit, would nkt shop again with this company

Terrific sale prices, well packaged, arrived quick enough but I didn't receive my free necklace..?ah sure never mind, the goods came on time

No reply to emails querying where the order is. For something that's supposed to be made it Ireland, delivery was very slow. Items came ordered rose gold, look more pink than rose gold. Will never order from this website again.
