I didn’t receive my order. I emailed company several times but they never responded. Avoid!!!! I lost my money.

I ordered my dress on the 5th July and have had no updates regarding delivery or dispatch. Despite emailing them 3 times I have not yet received a reply.

TOTAL SCAM, sent wrong items, colours etc.. NOT Responding! and you can't return or exchange, it is a BIG SCAM

I like this site cause i got the dress exactly as i ordered . It may arrived a little bit later than assigned but its ok , maybe my country is faraway . I admired the customer service ,they are available whenever i need them . I always find the required answers . they are so friendly .

I ordered a dress for my wedding. I sent in my measurements and right away customer service contacted me that one of my measurements must be off - they were right! I fixed the measurement and waited. it took longer than expected/quoted for shipping, the whole dress seems to be thicker/more material layering than shown in the picture, therefore making it loos like it has more volume and heavier than the picture. maybe i'm new at this, maybe i have too high of an expectation. overall still a very well made product, and the customer service is superb!
