Spoke to a very nice lady this morning, was told I was going to get a call back. A few hours passed and I did not receive a call. Hence called back to ask when I could expect this call. Instead was faced with a very rude switchboard, followed by a call by the solicitor Emily- who called to defend the switchboard, without even asking what had happened! Offered no apology instead spoke to me in an unacceptable and unprofessional manner. I will be taking this matter ahead. I would advice clients to seek help elsewhere, no respect or professionalism here.
