Super søde og professionelle. Rigtig fin detaljer at snakke med en om noget helt andet mens man får vaccinen så man næsten ikke mærker det. Desuden går det hurtigt og snapt så det er vitterligt ikke noget problem.

I waited 3 hours on a scheduled doctor consultation and had to shout down the call at midnight. Didn’t receive any guidance on how to schedule a new consultation and no apologies. Then I received a option to book the vaccine in the wrong region. I live 200km from Copenhagen and have to pay for crossing the bridge twice. I try to reach out via the contact email as you can’t call this company. Maybe practico is not fit for the job. Hope someone will take action soon
