Creating a personal mediation. I contacted Sue because I wanted to create a mediation that was personal to me rather than a general one and had no idea how to go about it. I told her what I was grateful for and what I wanted to achieve she helped me create a short, everyday meditation that really works for me.

Mindset changing classes!

I loved these classes. They really set you up right for your day and you get to know regular faces and come together as a team to motivate and inspire each other. This helped me alter my mentality bit by bit and change my mindset for the better.

Great Yoga and meditation

I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga with Sue since January 2021, so now lockdown is over I booked into a Kundalini class local to me, with Sue it's on zoom ( she is too far away from me ) and I wanted to experience the energy in a class full of people, the the teacher was impressed with how knowledgeable and advanced in my practice I was in such a short time. My thanks go to Sue for her excellent teaching and the love she has for what she dose. I have also started the meditation classes and laughing yoga which I am also finding extremely beneficial, and the group are great, we have some lively discussions. I always come away from the yoga and meditation feeling happy and wanting more.

I've loved the Daily Meditations and weekly Laughter Yoga!

I've loved the week-day 8am guided Love & Kindness meditations and the 5pm Friday Laughter Yoga sessions. Sue introduced me to Satori at the start of lock-down 2020 and I've found that these regular injections of peaceful meditation and laughing for no reason have kept me sane and developing as an individual, during these unusual times. Thank you Sue!

Not one for exercise

Not one for exercise, gyms or going for the burn I decided to give yoga a go. I had the good fortune of meeting Sue at a work virtual yoga session. I love it!! For the first time I have found something I can fit in with my busy life and makes me feel great. I am doing Kundalini yoga currently and it’s incredible! Although I am not a very active student I do practice things I have learnt without even realising. Sue is an exceptional teacher. Friendly, calm and beholds a positive view of life. Thanks Sue

Sue is an exceptional teacher, making learning even complex things easy and fun and creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere. I have found her classes enjoyable and healing and they have enhanced my daily life.

Just what we all need.

I really enjoyed the meditation with Sue this morning. It was exactly what I needed and definitely something that is very valuable in the current climate. I feel calmer, happier and more peaceful. Sue has a very calming and peaceful aura. Give it a try! Thank you Sue I will be back tomorrow :)

A fabulous way to start your day

A fabulous way to start your day - the Love and Kindness 8am class is a melange of meditation, gratitude and prayer. It focuses you and gives you the strength to tackle anything. The discussion that follows gives you the chance to connect with everyone virtually and discuss anything you felt from that session. Thank you Satori - you have shown me that collectively we are strong and individually i have a lot to offer:)

I have joined several sessions of the…

I have joined several sessions of the daily 8 am session at Satori Yoga. I personally found them helpful and practical. Particularly as good way to start the day. The session starts with a guided meditation which is followed by a discussion on the practice among the participants. I think this gives participants the chance to learn from others experiences and to provide support. I found atmosphere is always relaxed and supportive and friendly.
