Equipment is high quality and the installation was smooth and easy. The main area which did not meet expectations was a lack of timeliness in delivery being delayed and no communication about the delay. I only found out about the delay when I called to find out why I had not heard anything about installation being scheduled, at which point I was informed that there was a delay with one of the products being out of stock. This was surprising as when I bought the equipment I was informed that I’d secured the last one in the warehouse.

I have bought quite a few things from them. One of the big units wasn’t running properly. The team there made sure they fixed the issue for me. So l thank them for persevering until it was right. Would recommend them for that reason alone. Also there competitive prices.
