JUST POOR AND FAR FROM HONEST. THE COMMUNICATE WELL AND TELL YOU HOW MANY TIME THEY LET YOU DOWN. THEY WILL SAY SORRY AS MANY TIMES AS IT TAKES. A COMPANY WITH ALL THE GOOD TALK BUT NO REAL SPIRIT FOR GREAT CUSTOMER CARE..... ORDERS DONT ARRIVE AS AGREED. THY DID DELIVER ONE OF THE ITEMS AS AGREED. SECOND ITEM IM STILL WAITING.... AND KEEP SENDING EMAILS TO HOW LATE ITS GOING TO BE. ITS NOT OK JUST BECAUSE YOU SEND US EMAILS TO TELL US. ITS JUST POOR AT THE END.....

Lies and would not recommend anyone to purchase anything at all from them.

Lies, lies and more lies. This company also believes that they have a right to withhold your refund from you. Well recently I was in touch with this company as the chairs are not comfortable to sit on at all and they were able to send out someone (engineer) who reviewed the chairs. He was able to write a report stating that there was no manufacturing damages. However, I already told them that the chairs are not comfortable and would like a refund. Instead, they have denied this and these chairs not even over 7 months old. I am taking them to the Ombudsman now to get back my money.

lies and long wait time

long wait time, lies about trying to contact me I am afraid my experience with CFS has been pretty shoddy. My order was placed in early May with a lead time of 2 weeks. CFS emailed me twice with a "we have tried to reach you but we left a voicemail"- however there were NO missed calls or voicemail on my phone. Tried calling the centre, no response. When I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction (after a milder email I sent previously seemingly ignored) I miraculously then get a missed call and a voicemail message from them saying they had tried to contact this number before and need to discuss my order. They then tell me my order is due into their warehouse in mid August. The only reason I purchased from CFS in their first place is they said their product would be available for delivery in 2 weeks - other websites selling similar products had a lead time of 12 weeks). I express my annoyance at this politely -having already been rubbed up the wrong way about being lied to about being contacted. I was told that I was WRONG that delivery time was stated at 2 weeks and it was actually 12 weeks and they tell me thanks for my understanding and put the phone down! I appreciate there will be delays during this time and honestly I would be happy to wait but I do not like how they have handled this and would appreciate they were upfront about delays (like other companies) and not tell me I was mistaken about the outlined wait time) but I will be looking to cancel my order if possible due to this overall service and if I cant cancel, will 100% not be buying from CFS again.

Terrible , I'm still waiting on parts for incomplete furniture. Not put yourself through the stress of dealing with incompetence.

Excellent customer service ,great…

Excellent customer service ,great product received there was a long delay in delivery but you can't judge in the covid situation. Any problems they dealt with straight away. I love my table and would highly recommend.

Ho ordinato una confezione di aghi perché mi devo fare insulina e dopo 2 settimane ovviamente gli ho contattati e praticamente mi hanno detto che devo aspettare un’altra settimana,dopo una settimana mi chiamano per dirmelo che il prodotto che lo ordinato non è in stock e mi ha se voglio il reso e ovviamente ho detto si,il problema è che ancora non ho ricevuto i soldi ,dopo quasi un mese ,sconsiglio!

Patience has its rewards

Hi to everyone who looked after our order. We waited so long we’d forgotten what it was going to look like! But you kept us informed and we had a few telephone conversation along the way. We actually enjoyed being patient and looked forward to the delivery which took place today. We’re thrilled to bits with it. Your delivery team put it inside the hall and we’ve now unpacked our lovely new sideboard and it looks great. Superb fantastic finish and build quality. In a world when people want everything in a instant (including ourselves sometimes!) it was well worth the wait. Well done. We hope, together, we can all enjoy a better year ahead. I'm giving 4 stars only because I had to cancel my order. I would have given 5 stars otherwise. I ordered 2 bedside cabinets in September which was due to arrive on the 5th November. I received an email 2 days before delivery saying that it would now arrive on the 4th December. A few days after the email I replied to their email explaining that I would need them before Christmas. They contacted me via telephone a couple of hours later explaining that they have received an update from Germany saying that it would now be delivered on the 14th December. Due to waiting so long I decided to cancel the order. Since then I received a full refund. They were very polite and apologetic regarding the item. Its a shame I didn't manage to receive the item but they were very helpful otherwise.

Poor aftercare and customer service

We initially purchased a dressing table , two bedside tables and a large chest of draws back in April which for obvious reasons took a while to be delivered , we had a problem with delivery as the day that was allocated I couldn't do as I was back in work, CFS gave me a choice of dates but said it would be curb side delivery which was totally unacceptable as itsnheavy furniture which I could not have moved on my own , anyway after a lot of complaining it was delivered in doors. I emailed customer services on Monday because the varnish on the dressing table has started to come off and look patchy which is pretty poor after only a few months . I have heard nothing back what so ever which I have to say is pretty normal for this company, the customer service once they have your money is very poor ....would I buy off them again NO I wouldn't. R loveday

Excellent delivery team.

I am very happy with the service I received, from ordering through to delivery. The coffee table I ordered is just what I was looking for and was sold at a competitive price. I was contacted the day before delivery by the driver who gave me an ETA. I was contacted again when they were 15 minutes away. The delivery team had no trouble finding my address and were really helpful and cheerful. A big thank you to these two, they were brilliant
