Wrong wellies were delivered

Wrong wellies were delivered, wrong size, wrong style and wrong colour. I contacted and was told to return and original wellies would be despatched. I returned them the next day and sent proof of posting. I waited a week no wellies. I contacted to be told no longer available. I asked for a refund which took12 days.

Only one item arrived and took almost 2 weeks to arrive, the other never arrived and have since been issued a refund. I will not be buying from this site again.

Great Customer Service

Although it took three attempts to get a pair of Wellies that were waterproof I was most impressed by the customer service department, and the online service desk made it so easy to communicate the issues and share photo's. In the end I chose a Barbour Bede boot, and these proved watertight, whilst the original selection of Grubb's Highline allowed water ingress via various seams when standing in water, presumably a manufacturing fault, entirely outside the control of Welly Warehouse.
