Product not as described, no response to emails about returns.

The item was not functional. Have emailed asking for return label. It is days between each response. They are not providing customer service or standing behind their product. I cannot get a return label and now out the money on a faulty product.

After I was notified about my product being lost, they sent me another one and only took a couple of weeks. Very pleased with kevin from carledlogo. He made sure I received my product

Ordered two 4 foot sets for my Jeep Wranglers and they don’t fit the back doors. They will not lay flat. Also the sensor was misplaced so the front door lights do not work when the door is opened and shut. Website advertises “Easy 30 day money back guarantee”, there is nothing easy about it. Once you get the instructions for the return from customer service, and that’s wasn’t easy, you will spend half of what the items are worth to ship them back to China with no “guarantee” that it will get there or that it will be accepted. Total NIGHTMARE. Would not recommend.

The lights are beautiful but when you open the door it attaches to the bottom of door instead of staying in place.

Easy install, lights look great

Total disappointment. I ordered Lexus luminous beverage coasters. The package in which the coasters were delivered appeared to have been previously opened and all pieces appeared to be therein, including the charging cord, and there were no instructions included therein. The backing on one coaster was partially separated from its case but otherwise intact. I tried twice to charge the batteries with the enclosed cord and my computer alerted me of overheating and the charging cord was extremely hot to the touch. I have abandoned any charging effort and plan to return the items as soon as I research procedure for same.

I ordered my son's the sills and projectors and it took 20 days to get to me. I received the order (finally!). The packaging was not carefully packaged so the boxes were all smushed and bent. After opening boxes the sills look liked used like they came off a they're scratched up.
