After at least half a dozen quotes and a ton of market research, I can say with certainty that I’m glad we landed on Pacific Air to replace our entire home HVAC system. The whole team was incredibly professional and courteous. Our project manager, Cesar, was always quick to respond, informative, and honest. He made us feel comfortable from the moment he stepped into our home. After some consideration, we opted for some upgrades to our current set up and don’t regret it. The pricing was fair and beat out few other quotes for higher quality equipment. The installation teams were always on time, friendly, and very respectful of our needs and urgent timing (the baby was due just a week after the install started). Sam arrived on time for the estimate and spent 45 minutes inspecting the needed work. Pacific Air's estimates are free and are very thorough. After I approved the estimate, 2 guys came in to do the actual work. They completed the job in a timely manner and were professional the entire time. They kept me informed as they progressed during the day. Complete work was impeccable! I will use them again and again!

We just got it done, so can’t say that the rodent issue is gone, but I liked the overall experience so far and would definitely recommend them.

He asked a lot of questions which was a welcome change from others who just come in a give a quick look and give you a big estimate.
