Needed a new batch of ball keepers and coming from wearing StepOne over the last few years, I decided to give Tradie a go as they were significantly cheaper. I'm pleasantly surprised of the comfort and quality of these undies. Time will tell if they last the 1.5years set by using StepOne but so far (early days) they've been brilliant. Cheers!!

The description was perfect and the product great. The length was longer than my boys usually wear but they both loved them! And no chaffing

The product is great and fits really well. The only slight issue I have is the shipping time. But I understand it was around the holidays.

Great pairs of bamboo undies, extremely comfortable and breathable. These are easily the greatest pairs of underwear I own and I strongly suggest these to anyone who is looking for comfortable and high quality underwear. I will definitely be getting more of these in the near future.

Pouch should be a bit tighter to keep the piece tight in one spot, it feels that they are a bit bigger in comparison to the competition so the next time I will have to go one size down. I moved from step ones to the tradie and so far they are fine, time will tell about the quality.

I brought 12 new pairs of no chafe trunks for my husband and after 1 wear was a hole! I was very disappointed. I got in touch with customer support and they were very quick to respond and very helpfully! Will definitely keep purchasing in the future!

I first ordered from Tradie on the 19th of December and didn’t receive shipping information for over ten days. I then reached out to customer service and didn’t hear back and this made me quite worried as my card had been charged. I reached out again and since then I received excellent customer service with clear communication. Tradie could not tell me when my package would arrive and at first gave me a 40% off for future purchases. A week later they still had no information on shipping and therefore refunded me the entire amount but didn’t cancel the order! The package finally arrived yesterday and we’re super happy with the product. Given the superb customer service we’ll definitely order from Tradie again.

Thiis is a perfect example of how a bad buying experience can put you off a company.. So i decided to treat myself with some tradies,went to website,"sale" sector,bought 6 trunk for $66..all on special,4 days later,no confirmation order email,but I had been charged,i send 5 unanswered emails and only got a reply on Facebook when i left a comment,they got back to me to say we cant fulfill your order but can refund you your money, to "buy it again",so now ive been charged ,and will have to wait for refund to clear,but guess what, to buy same item again,will now cost $96 as its no longer on sale..DID I GET SCAMMED,WAS MY ORDER NOT FULFILLED COS THEY DIDN'T WANT TO HONOUR THE "SALE" PRICE?? either way thats my experience with tradies underwear..i wont be back...good luck ..

Crappy quality, washed once and they have started to fall apart already
