From the initial consultation process to the delivery process was very smooth. Dr Zamena was thorough with her consultation and recommendations and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I was impressed with the variety of products and medical grade brands that were available. They even followed up my delivery for me! Very good experience. Dr Zamena was really professional throughout and made me feel really comfortable. She listened when I explained my skin concerns and made me a tailored plan. She explained everything about the products and their purpose, how to use them and any possible risks. I was also sent a detailed email with all the information in.
