I had great experience with Luxury Airport Shuttle. They provide service not listed in their service category. I bring parents in law and take them together my car. But there were too many travel bags to carry, so I asked to Luxury Airport Shuttle whether they can carry bags only And also the driver was very kind to carry those bags Cheers

Great customer service, reasonably priced and no mishaps.

The company is great but I hate waiting two hours or more at the airport. It’s just not fun after a long haul flight.

Timely pick up & Drop off-Very good service by the person who drove the vehicle and the team at office. Only concern is when we get a mail that if all the clients are available the shuttle will leave early- it is a little bit disturbing that even if our shuttle has 3hrs (for example) available, we will be waiting for the shuttle driver - all the 3hrs as not sure if shuttle will leave without us.

Drivers were professional and presentable. Vehicles were in great condition. Vehicle going up to Auckland was great, coming home it was really, really full.

We had UK friends returning home via Auckland airport. The shuttle booking was straight forward and the day before they travelled a call to confirm the pickup time. The driver was really helpful (arrived 10 mins early and drove down our twisty unsealed drive even though we agreed to meet on the road). The visitors arrived without stress, door to door and noted who good the service was.

Great to book with and good driver. Very professional.

A stop over in Bombay for half an hour to swap vans and wait for everyone to have a coffee.
