I was able to select, order and pay for a part on the website and was told the next day that the part was discontinued. I then went directly to the manufacturer’s website and ordered the exact same part and received it within the week. Your website should not allow customers to complete a purchase for a product you don’t carry. I would prefer to order from independent businesses rather than direct from the manuf. Edit: I did not receive the part within a week, I received a tracking number from the manuf within a week, and just found out from this review site (not the place where I purchased it) that it may not even fit my bike so this is just a well of potential dissatisfaction.

-1t Front sprocket for Ninja 400. Product is good and the price was fair, I probably should have got the rear sprocket and chain in the same order to cut down on high shipping cost on orders under $99

Customer service was very helpful and understanding. I wasn't sure of my size, old ones were tight, so I ordered the recommended size and a size up. Motorcycle boots, in my experience, don't always fit like regular shoes. I had to pay for the return label, but the refund came quickly.
