Still not arrived after it was sent on the 28th of July - we wanted it for the football and it still ain’t here - avoid Is this really how you speak to customers? We are still waiting for the flag even 2nd class doesn’t take 5 working days. Wonder how long you think 2nd class postage should take and maybe you should be discussing this with Royal Mail? And also maybe next time allow more than a couple of days delivery instead of leaving things to the last minute Unbelievable Craig Director
