Best musical education platform

Best musical education platform out there by far. Content is actually explained rather than just shown once for you to copy (which you can already do with any song you hear). There is a vast array of topics covered and they often get special guests for more niche things. However, the 2 main instructors are incredible musicians, and most of all, teachers. They don't make up their own system to sell you either, like a lot of these youtube "don't learn theory, learn my system" guitarists out there. On another note, just listening to the instructors play is often enough for me to want to practice because they just sound that good. Truly inspiring.

OpenStudio is an incredible Jazz resource

OpenStudio is an incredible Jazz resource! I've been a member for over 2 years - and it's one of the best musical decisions I've ever made. So many classes to choose from, with knowledgeable, award-winning, professional, friendly, supportive instructors - including mentor sessions/master classes. There are many opportunities to perform, and the online courses and content are comprehensive and authentic. The production values for all content are excellent! My classmates are the best, supporting each other on our individual Jazz journeys - can't say enough about that community. Check it out!

Becoming a better jazz pianist, better jazz player.

THE BEST online jazz course I've ever seen. Great professional musicians, teaching what they are passionate about. If you want to know what makes this site amazing, it's because all the teachers are great human beings. They are world class players, who can also teach. Some people are only great at one or the other. ie Great at playing their instrument but suck at teaching, or the other way around - great at teaching but not very good at playing. These guys however, are great masters at both. Shout out to Peter Martin, Geoffery Keezer, Adam Maness and all the Open Studio crew. The online videos you can watch after signing up are excellent. Do yourself a favor, go over and check out their website!
