Helpful and prompt support when needed

Poor customer service. I purchase SPSS and could not get it to download despite having adequate space on my laptop. I reached out to customer service and advise that I had the space and could not get it to download and needed a refund. Customer service at this moment never even offered to help to resolve but instead just indicated the refund will be processed and processed the refund. Poor customer service!!!!!

Very happy with technical support. They were able to email me until I had resolution with my issue. I was able to reinstall SPSS on my computer.

There were initial problems associated with the downloads but all was fixed fairly quickly and professionally.
