I sent an e-mail to correct my mistake after midnight eastern standard time. I was given feedback in less than an hour. I did not have to worry about anything.

I had issues opening SPSS on my computer after downloading it from StudentDiscounts.com. When I contacted their customer support area, I received very quick responses. When the issue turned out to be complex, Les from customer support called me via Whatsapp to trouble shoot. He stayed with me on the phone while we worked through a possible solution, which fixed it! It isn't often that you have such responsive and friendly customer service.
