The product I ordered (SPSS Grad Pack Standard) included 2 license keys, which is great. However, I quickly learned that this program isn’t compatible with the latest MAC OS update. I have a Windows laptop and PC. I used the remaining license on my laptop but also wanted to install it on my PC. I contacted customer service and they responded within minutes. I told them my snafu and they quickly reset the key so that I was able to download it on my PC as well. Thank you!
