I made an error in ordering, and had to cancel the original order and make a new one. Customer service was super helpful and pleasant.

The licensing wizard wouldn't open for me to add the license for the first few weeks and I had to delete and redownload the software in order to get it working correctly. But the student discounts team was very supportive and made every effort to support me and get the software running.

I bought a program from StudentDiscounts.com then was not able to use it (not anyone's fault, just not able to download to my work laptop which is where I need it). I sent them a message and someone responded to me within an hour! They offered help, however understood that I just needed a refund. Within 3 days the refund was in my bank account. I will definitely be using them for any future software needs because of their integrity and customer service, even though officially I haven't bought anything yet. Thank you!
