Update 2023-07-31: Realized today that the support responded swiftly to my student email. I was all the time checking my personal mailbox as the confirmation of complaint registration came there. Eventually, the responses and the license key got buried in my student mailbox. I thank the support for their swift action, and their offer to refund money if I am not satisfied. I did not take the refund as my software license got vadidated today. I correct myself and state that Student Discounts has been the right place to get SPSS software for your research work as a student. Now I can even confirm that they are very swift in their support as well. You will be in safe hands. ___________________________________ First review - 2023-07-17 Ordered AMOS 29 2-year license on July 17 but have not yet received the license keys. Look like my money ($79) is gone. The customer support is completely unreliable as every time I raise a request over the live chat, an email is sent and nothing happens. So, far I have 2 emails from 2 separate requests I sent for license keys. I will not trust and will not recommend this site to buy licenses. I have had consistently good experience with "onthehub".
