overall, my experience was very good. there is one issue with your setup for purchases though. i think it might be helpful to have a link right beside the key code for the activation. If i remember correctly, i encountered some challenges with a seamless download around this point. at any rate, the idea to allow SPSS upgrades (without having to purchase a new one) is a great one. the 24 hrs chat also helped a bunch. I hope the upgrade and 24/7 chat remain in your business plan. mark
