It's not about the product -- they were just glass bottles after all. I would expect them to arrive intact and they did, well packed. It was the service. I requested in my order that it was urgent as I had Apple Juice ready to be bottled. And -- they did not disappoint. I ordered on Monday, they arrived early Wednesday. Strong sturdy bag and good fit for 3 8oz jars. The bag will take 3 12oz jars as well. The window does not compromise the strength of the bag. I'm looking forward to good customer feedback.

In the end, when the right pie dish was sent rather than a wrong 'un, quickly rather than in 7 days, in sensible packaging rather than a papermill's weekly output of paper and a box the size of a rabbit hutch - it was exactly what we wanted, and had ordered. And thank you Wares of Knutsford, the only stockists of a round metal pie dish the right size for 2 people that we could find. At a give away price, with the wrong 'un chucked in free.
