I hadn't heard of Kim until a few years ago. I'm not real tech savvy and didn't really have a need to learn more, or so I thought. I've been getting her daily newsletter for a while now. It covers plenty of tech topics and hints on how to make your tech life better / easier. It's easy to understand and I'm learning things that come in handy in my limited daily technological life. Glad I found her!

I have been reading Kim’s advice for years. She has helped me with a broad range of topics that I would have never known about, too many times to count.

Kim has an easy way of explaining all this difficult "tech stuff" that makes it easy to understand. So often, tech people speak a language similar to lawyers and foreign to most of the rest of the world. Kim's easy listening, and direct, to the point way of presenting her topics, make it much easier for even us old codgers to understand.

Kim gives excellent advice and explanations. I have followed her for many years and have learned a lot. I have trust in her advice and value her opinion.

This newsletter is put out everyday. I enjoy reading all the great info in the tech world. It is packed with great info. It helps protect you in this ever changing tech world.

I've used Kim's advice more times than I can count, especially those pertaining to personal data/security. I've also bought several items for the family based on her suggestions. Good stuff!
