I've listened to Kim's radio show and read her emails for a very long time. She has never steered me wrong. I trust her advice and wisdom implicitly.

I read Kim's newsletter every day. It contains a variety of tips and trivia. She explains tech problems and answers in a way that we can all follow along and understand. She also has a good sense of humor.
