I had a horrible experience with phpFox. I ordered the phpFox Annual Renewal - Ultimate in 2024, while the service was still available. Despite this, they refused to provide what I paid for, claiming the service was discontinued in 2025—long after my valid order. Now, they expect me to pay $1699 for a new MetaFox license just to continue using what I already had? That’s a scam! They are deliberately refusing to honor existing purchases to force customers into an expensive upgrade. This is pure fraud. If phpFox can invalidate your past purchases whenever they want, how can anyone trust them? Their handling of this situation is completely unethical and dishonest.
