He was friendly professional and turned up on time. Many couriers would have given up getting my item round a narrow opening and left it for us to figure out, but he persevered and didn't give up until it was safely in my room of choice. My company has used The Courier Company a number of times to ferry our stock between locations, and every time I have been really impressed with the service they have provided us. We recently moved out of a fulfilment house and used The Courier Company to get our stock out of there. The fulfilment house was incredibly slow and unhelpful in sending me details of the shipment, and I was unable to give Nick (at The Courier Company) any firm plans for date and time of pick up. He was so flexible and reassuring about it, and when I was getting nowhere with my fulfilment house contacts, he even got on the phone to them himself and managed to fight my corner!
